Plant Yantai's polyurethane site covers a 6,000 m2 plot of land with a 1,800 m2 factory, manufacturing and developing Polyurethane Encapsulation Resin and Epoxy Adhesives.
Products are widely used in PCB boards, spark coils, sensors, and general electrical components. All polyurethane and epoxy product lines comply with RoHS, REACH, and UL-94.
Y386/Y586 is a two-component polyurethane resin formula for electrical appliance potting.
It applies to washer control panels, dishwasher control panels, electronic scales, intelligent sanitary ware sensors, gas range igniters, water meters, electricity meter welders, and gas meters.
Y110 and Y1268 are two-component polyurethane resin formulas for the encapsulation, sealing, and bonding of general electronic components.

TE6610, TE6630, and TE6650 offer high transparency and light transmittance, which can improve the luminous flux of LED. Our clients use them for LED insulation, moisture-proof, and thermal conductivity. They also offer good adhesion to aluminum and PPA frame. It can effectively absorb thermal cycling stress inside the encapsulation for durability and protects chips and bonding wires.
